Whether your “Summer Fridays” work schedule is starting to kick in, you’ve finished up your spring semester or your kids are out for the summer, we can all agree that the time has come to add a little extra fun to our lives. After all, isn’t that what this time of year is all about?
There is always a lot happening in Atlanta, but during the summer months there is more going on than ever. And I want to know what YOU think are the most essential ATL Summer Bucket List items!
So this summer I am asking all of you to take photos of your favorite Atlanta summer activities and post them to Instagram using the hashtag #ATLSummerBucketList (and be sure to tag @atl_bucketlist, too!) A weekly winner will be chosen (by me!) every Sunday at 9 pm, with the winning photo being featured on the ATL Bucket List Instagram account and the winner receiving a prize! *Each entrant may only win a weekly prize once, but definitely continue sharing your photos even after you have won a prize!
The weekly prizes include:
- Week 1- A King of Pops t-shirt and pop tokens.
- Week 2- A pair of tickets to SkyView Atlanta.
- Week 3- A pair of tickets to Ford Fry’s Attack of the Killer Tomato Festival.
- Week 4- A pair of tickets to visit the World of Coca-Cola.
- Week 5- A pair of tickets to The W Atlanta – Buckhead’s SUNDAZE pool party.
- Week 6- A Honeysuckle Gelato t-shirt and vouchers for gelato.
- Week 7- A Bartaco hot sauce set.
- Week 8- A pair of tickets to the Georgia Aquarium.
The contest begins Sunday, June 5, 2016, with the first winner being selected Sunday, June 12, 2016. Weekly winners will be announced every Sunday for a total of eight weeks. After eight weeks of winners, the best photo of all will be selected by an Atlanta-based panel of judges to receive the *grand prize* giveaway which includes all of the weekly prizes except for VIP SkyView tickets (instead of general admission), a wine tasting for four at St. Cecilia (instead of tickets to Attack of the Killer Tomato Festival) and a dinner for two at Bartaco (instead of the hot sauce set). The grand prize winner will be announced Sunday, August, 7, 2016.

The #ATLSummerBucketList campaign will run from June 5, 2016 to August 7, 2016. All entrants must acknowledge that their photos may be featured on ATL Bucket List. Instagram accounts must be set to public. Each entrant can only win one weekly prize. Must be 21+ to enter.
